Yes. You'll receive a notification when the rider marks your order as delivered, then you'll be prompted to confirm receipt inside the app. If you don't confirm within a few hours, the delivery is automatically confirmed on your behalf.
Yes. Once an order is completed, you can rate your rider. Ratings help highlight strong experiences and flag poor ones for review.
Not yet. Kora currently serves individual senders through the standard app. Business features such as bulk scheduling, multi-drop routes, and dedicated accounts are on the roadmap.
You can still use the Kora app like any individual sender and book deliveries one at a time for your customers.

Download the Kora Rider app and complete onboarding: personal information, NIN, selfie, vehicle and document upload, guarantor details, and bank account setup.
You'll need your NIN, a vehicle document such as a driver's license, a clear selfie, and guarantor information.
The Kora team reviews applications as they come in. You'll be notified in the app when your status changes.
Kora sends reminder notifications 30 days and 7 days before expiry. If documents expire without renewal, the account is suspended until updated documents are submitted and approved.
Open the Kora Rider app and toggle yourself online. The app confirms your location is active before putting you online.
Earnings from completed deliveries go into your rider wallet. You can request payout to your verified bank account.
Yes, but only before you reach the pickup location. Once you have arrived at pickup, cancellation is no longer allowed.

No. Kora is flexible. You work when you want and take orders that fit your schedule.
Go to the Wallet section in the app and choose Top Up. You will be redirected to a secure Paystack page to add funds.
If your wallet balance covers part of an order but not all of it, split payment lets you use your wallet for the first part and pay only the remainder via Paystack in one flow.
If a delivery fails through no fault of your own, refunds are automatically credited to your Kora wallet for future use.
Yes. Kora supports promo codes, which can be applied during order confirmation when available.
Yes. When you refer a friend and they complete their first delivery, both of you benefit. Your referral code is available in the app.
Every rider submits their NIN, a selfie, vehicle documents, driver's license, and guarantor details. The Kora team reviews all of this before a rider is approved.
Yes. The rider's name and photo appear in the app as soon as they accept your order, before they arrive at pickup.
Reach out through the app support button or the website contact form. Every order carries a full audit trail so issues can be investigated properly.
Yes. Kora does not store card details. Card payments are processed through Paystack, and payment history is stored securely inside the app.
Report it through support. Riders are subject to suspension or permanent removal, and every rider is identity-verified so reports are traceable.

The Kora Rider app is separate and also available on iOS and Android.
Check that push notifications are enabled for the Kora app in your phone settings. Notifications are how you receive order updates.
